1950's USA-made Vintage Turnit Poker Chip Rack, Caddy & Card Holder, Green Marbled Vintage Bakelite.  Metal handles on top for portability.  Spinning Mechanism works great.  The top has a dial which spins to open the chip holders.  We have done a quick YouTube video to show how this works.  View it here:
