    Description

    Circa 1943 composition Sunshine Baby number 511. This 8” baby has her original pink dress with attached white slip . She has a white flannel diaper and rayon socks tied with pink ribbons. There are some wear spots on her composition but not bad for her age, and has not been touched up. This doll is pictured in the “Collectors encyclopedia of Vogue Dolls second edition by Judith Izen and Carol Stover. On the bottom of page 69 , lower right.
