I describe flaws that I can see on normal inspection, but do not guarantee it to be a comprehensive listing of all flaws. All items are sold as is. My items come from a variety of sources, but are stored in a pet-free, smoke-free home.
All items come clean and ready for play or display. Plush and cloth items are washed, and delicate or battery-powered items are steam-cleaned. Note that the purpose of steam cleaning is to freshen and disinfect, not remove every spot of dirt. Further cleaning is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns are accepted, in same condition; buyer pays return shipping except in case of seller error.
I often ship same or next day, but no later than two days after order, Monday-Friday.
