Our 6" Surface Prep Pad delivers professional-grade decontamination and may require light paint correction following application. This high-tech pad can be used by hand or our 6" Random Orbital, making this essential step prior to paint correction, waxing, and sealing as easy as it gets. Thanks to its diamond-patterned clay/polymer both efficiency and comfort are improved dramatically over a traditional clay bar. It lasts up to 5 times longer than clay bars, so it can prep up to 35 vehicles. Create a surface so clean it's smoother to the touch and ready to accept polish or wax.
PLEASE NOTE: Surface Prep Pads are not recommended for use on matte paint surfaces, as they may modify appearance. Should any light marring occur follow-up with One-Step Sealant or Liquid Wax 3-in-1. Surface Prep Pads are not recommended for use with long-throw orbitals.
