    The working principle of EGR solenoid valve:
    The EGR solenoid valve has three air ports. When the EGR solenoid valve coil is not energized, the spring of the EGR valve will press the valve body upward, and the air port will be cut off. At this time, the intake manifold of the EGR solenoid valve and EGR The vacuum chamber of the valve communicates. When the EGR solenoid valve coil is energized, the EGR valve body is downward and communicates with the atmosphere port, and the intake manifold of the EGR valve is cut off from the EGR valve vacuum chamber. One side of the EGR valve diaphragm (the lower part is open to the atmosphere and the other side is equipped with a spring is the vacuum chamber. The vacuum degree is controlled by the EGR solenoid valve. Increasing the vacuum degree of the vacuum chamber makes the diaphragm overcome the spring force to increase the opening of the arch valve. The flow rate of exhaust gas recirculation will increase. When the upper part loses the vacuum degree, the diaphragm arches downward under the action of the spring force to close the valve and block the exhaust gas recirculation.
