Older Bola with a Free-form Turquoise

Really old bola that I've had in inventory for years, decades. The tie is cloth rather than leather. There is a what looks like a C stamped on the back but no Sterling stamp.
Although not marked sterling, I polished off years of tarnish so were it only plated it would be down to bare metal rather than its shiny face.
The tips are about 1 1/4" in length. The free-form turquoise is about 1 1/4" by nearly an inch. The setting is 1 1/2" by 1 3/8."
An oldie but goody in my opinion.
