Produced in the early 1940's, this risque water decal is part of a set of Miss America decals that were popular at that time, but are very rare today.
This hard-to-find decal measures 2 1/4 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall and is in excellent condition with light creasing, some foxing, and some curling and roughness of the background card.  The colors are bright and vivid and this decal will display beautifully in your collection!
