    March 28, 1919.  The company was incorporated in South Carolina in 1915
    .
    I have not been able to locate any information about the company but there was a Langley Mill in Aiken County South Carolina in the 1870's and later that was a cotton mill. This may have been a successor company.Nice low numbered certificate, #64
