Vintage Hoyle Revolving Poker Chip rack Caddy With Box-Walnut #1067 Stancraft.
This is a plastic caddy, the color is walnut. Most of the chips and cards seem to all be there, or at least close to all there. I did not count everything one by one.
The caddy spins but not too smooth, it could use some lubricant if needed.
