Condition: This is one of our very special Vogue Ginny Dolls from one of our family's collections that is a beautiful 1951 Kindergarten Series Margie #28 Doll. She has been kept on her doll stand inside a secure display case. We will not be undressing her unless requested as she has stayed exactly like this since she was purchased. Ginny has beautiful root beer transitional eyes that do remain open, gorgeous rosy cheeks with no scratches that we can find and thick blonde braids with original pink ribbons. Her Margie outfit does not have its tag but is definitely original and in wonderful condition with a hook-and-eye closure on the back side. Ginny is a strung doll (non-walker) and is marked Vogue Doll on her back side. Her outfit is pink and white and she wears her matching underpants. Her blonde braids show a touch of webbing on the top front area (photo 9) and back bottom (photo 8) with a few flyaways. Her center snap smooth bottom shoes are nice. Her center snap smooth bottom shoes are nice and secure with a few rubs or marks on them and one split in her left bottom seam (photo 10). She is truly a remarkable Ginny Margie doll that has been cherished and carefully stored.
