Vogue Ginny plaid dress/white panties - Merry Moppets - tagged

Description

This tagged Vogue Ginny dress looks like Merry Moppets #6033 but is a different color.  Overall, it is in good condition except for a hole at the top of the skirt in the back near the center seam (third photo).  There is a layer of fabric under it so it's not extremely noticeable.
About me:  The items I am selling are not mine.  I am helping out a friend who is liquidating part of her massive collection of dolls and toys.  I will describe them to my best ability.  Please feel free to ask questions keeping in mind that I don't know their history.
