    tag, this 1954-56 Vogue Ginny "And Away We Go!" variation party dress with original cluster of flowers sewn into the waist band, coordinating bloomers, hair bow, purse, and black velvet tie shoes are all in near mint condition.  The bloomers are a different material than the skirt of the dress or I would say the outfit is mint.  The dress features a black velvet bodice and yellow "circle" or 'bubble" shadow print organdy skirt.  Just lovely!
    The dress and bloomers do not appear to have ever been laundered, are crisp and look darling on a doll. The yellow bloomers give the dress more color than shows in the photos as I photographed the dress with a white slip beneath. The dress closes in back with the original hook and eye closure with no rust. Tight elastic in the bloomers.  Matching yellow satin hair bow, a "Ginny"marked yellow purse, and black velvet tie shoes complete the outfit.  This little outfit will look darling on your Ginny!
