Description
1953 Vogue Strung Ginny with evenly blushed "fevered" cheeks with no scuffs, blue eyes that can be manually closed, but prefer to stay in the open position. There are no scratches to her eyelids. She retains her original auburn wig styled in nice thick "pencil" braids in excellent, clean condition with side-swept bangs. Her eyelashes and brows are distinct and auburn in color to match her hair. Ginny is appropriately marked "Vogue Doll" on her back, and "Vogue" on her neck and is a strung doll, not a walker, can stand on her own, hold all poses, and has no seam splits, cracks, stains or odors.
Ginny is dressed in a 1952 #27 "Hope" outfit in pink from the Kindergarten Series. The dress and original matching bloomers are clean and the dress closes in back with the original hook and eye closure with no rust. The dress is un-tagged but is guaranteed to be early Vogue. There are no stains, rips, fading at all. The bloomers waist elastic is stretched and the bloomers are currently being held up with a clear elastic band. She wears blue socks and excellent-condition pink oilcloth shoes with ribbon ties and fuzzy bottoms. A beautiful, early Ginny in fine condition.
