This sweatshirt is in excellent condition with no stains or defects and no signs of wear - see photos of the cuffs. It is washed and ready to wear. Very warm - has a hood and a handwarmer through pocket on the front. Size 14 - 16 and will probably fit a small woman. Here are some measurements:
Armpit to armpit: 18.5"
Shoulder seam to cuff: 23"
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 15.5"
Center shoulder to hem: 24"

My shipping costs are estimates and as such assume a 'worst case scenario' - that is, what it might cost to go the furthest distance from New Jersey (typically the West coast).  I also have begun to cite 'economy shipping' which can be as long as 10 days however most often I will upgrade that to either USPS priority mail (2-3 day delivery) or first class mail (up to 5 day delivery but usually sooner) but I don't guarantee in doing that.  Also, if the postage is less than what you paid for shipping I will rebate you back cash in dollar increments in the package. If  postage is more, I will absorb the extra cost. My feedback is very good - please check to get an idea of how I try to exceed my customers' expectations!
